[Watch] The Dillinger Escape Plan - "One of Us Is the Killer" (Official Video)

The Dillinger Escape Plan have just unleashed their video for "One of Us Is the Killer", the title track from latest album. In a similar creepy vein as their last clip for "When I Lost My Bet", it sees some gory looking imagery paired alongside Greg singing, albeit it a little less blood tinged and minus a mask. This time though the rest of the band are their too. Is it just me or does the red string draped around the room make it look like a crime scene Dexter Morgan should be getting his hands on pretty soon?

The band have recently had to cancel upcoming Summer European dates due to Ben Weinman injuring his right hand. No news yet as to whether they'll be rescheduled.

One of Us Is the Killer is out now.

[Watch] James Blake's Full Set from the 9:30 Club, Washington

Seeing James Blake live with a band is an experience. Something that stays with you for days afterwards. Weeks in fact. Hearing him on record is spine chillingly great, but seeing him in the flesh, recreating these songs with ease along with the bass rattling through to your bones, it's just mind melting. Recently he performed at the 9:30 Club in Washington and NPR were there to record the entire thing. Performing tracks from from his ever growing back catalogue, you can check out the entire 90 minute set above via NPR.

[Watch] The Postal Service - "A Tattered Line of String" (Official Video)

No one likes doing their washing. I for one hate it. Putting it in the washing machine is fine, it's a 30 second job. Taking it out, hanging it up, folding it, now that's done you have to wait for it to dry. Seriously, it's just a pain in the ass. After watching the new video for The Postal Service's track "A Tattered Line of String" though, I don't think I've got it too bad. This guy has the worst laundry experience imaginable as the entire Laundromat he's using goes nuts and causes all kinds of problems. Next time you're feeling crappy about having to do your washing, think of this guy.

[Watch] Arctic Monkeys - "Do I Wanna Know?" (Official Video)

Well isn't this a nice Wednesday treat. We've recently heard two brand new tracks from Arctic Monkeys via the magic of shoddy mobile phone recorded live performances in the shape of "Mad Sounds" and "Do I Wanna Know?". The latter of which has now been offered up as a single and you can download it over here. Both tracks are expected to appear on their new album which they've hinted will drop in 2013. No official word yet but as this has just come out of the blue, I'm thinking good news is on the horizon.

[Watch] The Canine Race Goes Extinct in Local Natives' Depressing Clip for "You & I"

It's Wednesday, it's sunny (at least it is here in Vancouver) and Local Natives decided to go ahead and pluck at the heartstrings of every dog lover out there. If you've ever read Brian K. Vaughan's Y: The Last Man or P.D. James' The Children of Men, you know where I'm going with this. Unlike the extinction of every male species in Y: The Last Man or of the entire human race in The Children of Men, the video for "You & I" focuses on the global extinction of canines. Focusing on the last living dog on earth—the adorable Sandra Hamilton—the clip takes us through the emotional turmoil felt by humans worldwide. As the dog slowly edges towards death, tempers flare and people resort to alcohol or anger in this time of desperation. Watch Daniel Portrait and Kamp Grizzly's bleak future below.

[Listen] Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros Bring in a Gospel Choir for "This Life"

Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros get loud and preach with passion in their new single "This Life." It's the second song we've heard from the band's upcoming self-titled third album (the first was "Better Days"), and this one is a roller coaster of emotions and instruments. One moment will be met with quiet bliss, only to erupt in a explosion of horns, drums, guitars and gospel croons. It's really quite something. Worth noting is Alex Ebert, who delivers a fantastic range in his vocals. Stream the song below.

Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros is out on July 23rd

[Watch] Peace - "White Noise" (Disclosure Cover) in Radio One's Live Lounge

Radio One's Live Lounge has been the place we've had some delightful covers over the years. This week was no different as Peace took to lounge playing their infectious track "Lovesick". After that they chose to cover Disclosure's huge hit, "White Noise", which feature son their recently released album Settle. Putting their own twist on the song, they add some funky bass lines and lovely sounding guitars that result in an equally dance worthy hit of its own. There's even some added Pink Floyd goodness thrown in as well. Marvelous. Check it out above.
