[Watch] Check Out Vampire Weekend's New Promo Video Featuring Steve Buscemi

This video made my day. Easily. Last month, Vampire Weekend bassist Chris Baio found out that he is a distant relative of Steve Buscemi, and the band hired him on to direct their upcoming April 28th concert at New York's Roseland Ballroom. This promo video sees Steve paying the boys a visit at the studio and the results are pretty hilarious. The awkward interactions between Steve and the band are priceless. Check it out below.

Vampire Weekend's third album Modern Vampires of the City is out on May 14th.

After the jump, you can check out a whole swath of these uploaded videos, including full sets from The xx, Earl Sweatshirt, Blur and Vampire Weekend along with shorter clips from so many more. [Listen] Gold Panda Announces New Album, Streams Lead Single "Brazil"

Gold Panda wowed me back in 2010 when he released his debut album Lucky Shiner. He wowed me again earlier this year with the Trust EP. I'm ready to be wowed again. Gold Panda will release his sophomore album Half of Where You Live on June 11th, and "Brazil" is our first taste.

The LP takes inspiration from experiences in Sao Paulo and London as well as Takashi Miike films. As for "Brazil," it's pretty impressive. Enticing, exotic instrumentation loops around the repeating words "Brazil," with the synthesized sounds building and fading effortlessly. I'm down for this. Check it out below.

[Watch] Daft Punk Focus on Pharrell in the Latest Collaborators Video

Daft Punk is quickly getting us familiar with the collaborators we will hear on the hotly anticipated Random Accesss Memories. We've already seen videos featuring Giorgio Moroder, Todd Edwards and Nile Rodgers, and now it's Pharrell's turn.

Providing vocals for "Get Lucky," Pharrell speaks on his time with the robot duo. He had drug-fueled holistic experiences and had deep connections to the collaboration and the music that came from it: "getting lucky is not just sleeping with her, but meeting someone for the first time and it just clicking. There’s no better fortune in this existence to me."

This music is "beyond 3D. It's 4D. It's in your mind." Check out Pharrell's edition of "The Collaborators" video series below.

[Listen] Daft Punk feat. Pharrell and Nile Rodgers - "Get Lucky"

UPDATE: The stream has been removed by SME, and it has been reported that Fun Radio's "exclusive stream" was in fact a sampled edit of the SNL ad for the song. Seems I got caught up in the ecitement. Sorry about that. Hopefully some legitimate Daft Punk tunes will surface soon, and we'll post it when it does.

Random Access Memories is out on May 21st.
