[Watch] Jessie Ware - "Imagine It Was Us" (Official Video)

Jessie Ware's acid house anthem "Imagine It Was Us" finds the perfect visual accompaniment, taking us to the sweaty depths of a dance club. As the beat starts thumping, the video fills with flashy characters and a steamy, choreographed dance number. Watch Jessie Ware take center stage underneath the disco ball above.

"Imagine It Was Us" will appear on the U.S. release of Devotion, which drops on April 16th.

[Listen] The 1975 - "The City"

So those of you reading this may recognise the title of this post. The 1975 are letting loose a new version of their track "The City". It first appeared on their EP Facedown last year but the new version is sounding HUGE. Seriously. It'll also double up well for the lads as audiences will already be familiar with the track and it's as catchy as they come. Often you can't really tell too much of a difference with re-recorded versions of tracks, but I was honestly impressed by the new version of "The City". Cleaner vocals, more of an electric feel to the keys and they're definitely more prominent too, making for an all round bigger sound. See what you make of it below.

The 1975 are readying their full length album for release later this year. From what I hear, it's going to be a goodie. Ahead of that though they'll also release another EP, so watch this space for updates regarding that.

I caught up with Matt from the band back in February before their homecoming show in Manchester. See what we talked about over here.

[Watch] Daft Punk Continue the Collaborator Video Series with Todd Edwards

Daft Punk continue their new video series, which looks at the various collaborators contributing to Random Access Memories. The first focused on disco legend Giorgio Moroder, and the second shifts to garage house producer Todd Edwards (and just a bit of trivia, Edwards previously collaborated with Daft Punk on the song "Face to Face"). He discusses his time with Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo in Los Angeles, the recording methods the duo is using, and even a quick impromptu vocal tease. Check it out above and look forward to more collaborator-centric videos in the future.

Random Access Memories is out on May 21st.

[Listen] Flying Lotus' Closing Credits Music for Adventure Time

What time is it? IT'S ADVENTURE TIME! etc etc. If you've never seen an episode of the insanely good Cartoon Network show Adventure Time then I'd say it's safe to say: you're missing out on some acid trip-like good fun. Minus the need for actual drugs. Seriously.

Now add to the show a class act of musician and you've got an even better combination. Step forward Flying Lotus who recently featured in the show via the closing credits. He's taken to Twitter to let loose the track that featured, AND along with that he linked us up to a download of the episode too. What a guy.

Check out "About That Time // A Glitch As A Glitch" below. After that go watch some Adventure Time.

[Listen] Danny Brown - "Express Yourself"

Danny Brown took to Twitter to unleash a new track titled "Express Yourself" which you may recognise the name of if you're a fan of Diplo, or if you follow him on Twitter. Maybe just the hashtag #ExpressYourself. You know what I mean, him retweeting numerous girls on the daily twerking and what not. Apparently Danny made this for the "ratchets" and through it together pretty quickly after hearing the beat on Soundcloud. It's produced by Trampy and you can check it out below.

[Watch] Deerhunter Debuts "Monomania" on Fallon

Deerhunter returned in a  ̶b̶i̶g̶ creepy way this past Tuesday, performing the title track from their recently announced sixth album Monomania on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The song saw the band return with a brash, raucous sound, and the performance was in every way memorable. Most notable was lead singer Bradford Cox, who donned a black wig and mangled fingers. According to Pitchfork, this is part of his new persona, Connie Lungpin. Check out the performance below, along with a stream of the iTunes quality version of "Monomania".

Monomania is out on May 7th.
