[Listen] LULS - "Young" (Spector Remix)

The other day I heard an interesting remix of LULS' track "Young" from J£ZUS MILLION and then today another has appeared online. This time it's the UK boys Spector giving it the rework treatment and you can check it out below. Big beats and a definitely dance worthy song for so early in the week, don't you think?

LULS are also set to perform some dates in the coming weeks around the county. The single was released on ParadYse Records along with "Swing Low" just yesterday.

[Watch] Spector - "What You Wanted" Live on Jools Holland

Rounding up the last show of the current series of Later... with Jools Holland is a performance from the smartly dress Spector. They rolled up for a performance of the catchy tune "What You Wanted" and minus a little mishap with the mic towards the end of the performance it's a pretty solid rendition. I always wonder what it must feel like to be stood in this studio waiting for your turn to perform while some of the best bands in the world stand around you waiting for you to do the same. Weird pressure. Check it out at the top.

The band will embark upon a headline tour in the new year as well as support Florence & the Machine on their March UK tour. Dates can be viewed after the jump.

[Wacth] Spector - "Grey Shirt & Tie" (Official Video)

Last week we got to hear the new track from Spector titled "Grey Shirt & Tie" which featured the production skills of Craig Silvey who's worked with the likes of Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys and The Horrors. Today comes the official video for the track and it sees the band performing looking dapper as always in a room that seems to change with the feel of the music. Morphing from aerial view of the city, to mountains or stars. It's pretty cool when put alongside the flashing lights and the track itself.

Give the video your eyes for a few minute and after that you can check out some European tour dates for the band over here.

[Listen] Spector - "Grey Shirt & Tie"

A nice little treat here. The song below is from Spector and shows them at their minimal and haunting best, switching out the guitars from live tidbits I've seen floating around but none the less an awesome track. The production responsibilities were handed over to Craig Silvey who's worked on some great other bands including Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys and The Horrors. He most certainly knows what he's doing and the results can be heard below. If you like what you're ears are receiving there's a few Euro dates viewable after the jump.
