These guys have been making quite a name for themselves since the release of their mixtape Paradise Falls 2 years ago and their latest EP Lightyears released earlier this year. It's been a while since we've heard anything from Mansions on the Moon, but in recent weeks, the group has been periodically releasing a track a week from their upcoming Lightyears EP. So far, three tracks have been released from the Pharrell Williams-produced EP, with the next two to be released in the next two weeks. Once all of the songs are released, the EP will be available for free download for the week following it's release, upon which all the songs will be made available for purchase. Below, you can listen to "Desert Island," "Leaves Fall," and "Rest Of Your Days," and head here to download each of the songs for free.

As well, the group will be going on tour in support of the Lightyears EP in the coming weeks.

Mansions on the Moon have released a new track titled "Darkness" from their upcoming debut album Lightyears for fans to enjoy while the album is still being finished and set for release later this year. The group have previously collaborated with collaborated with N*E*R*D, Diplo, Christian Rich and Chiddy Bang's Xaphoon Jones and also released a mixtape last year presented by Diplo and DJ Benzi titled Paradise Falls. Expect big things from MOTM this year and beyond, so make sure you keep their upcoming release Lightyears on your radar when it drops later this year.

As a followup to their Paradise Falls mixtape, Mansions On The Moon have unveiled a cover of Arthur Russell's "This Is How We Walk On The Moon", which feels a little Sufjan-ish this time around. It's a nice reminder that these guys as talented as we previously hyped them up to be.

Mansions on the Moon is the latest project from Pnuma Trio's Lane Shaw and Ben Hazlegrove (of Pnuma Trio) along with singer/songwriter, Ted Wendler. The group has only been around for a little over a year and have already collaborated with N*E*R*D, Diplo, Deadmau5, DJ Benzi and Chiddy Bang's Xaphoon Jones. 

Paradise Falls is a mixtape presented by Diplo and DJ Benzi that showcases just what you can expect to hear from these guys, which is pretty much anything given the wide range that we have before us. Currently the band is recording in Los Angeles. We should be receiving a tour announcement early next year.
