[Listen] RAC Brings Kele Okereke and MNDR in for "Let Go

Leave it to RAC to deliver an incredibly infectious pop song perfectly fit for the summer. Even though the summer months are soon to be over, that doesn't matter. His new single "Let Go" will be on repeat for months to come. Featuring vocals from both MNDR and Bloc Party's Kele Okereke, the song is just so damn catchy with its groovy bassline and upbeat chorus.

Things are sounding good for RAC's upcoming Don't Talk To EP—it's out on October 1st. Check out "Let Go" below.

[Listen] MNDR - "Feed Me Diamonds"

Earlier today MNDR premiered the title track from her upcoming debut album, Feed Me Diamonds, which is slated for an August 14th release courtesy of Ultra Music. The song follows up her uptempo lead single, "Faster Horses" and this time around we have a more ballad-esque tune featuring slowed down beats that are carried by singer Marina Abramovic's vocals. It's a little bit darker than what I was expecting, but that hopefully shows signs of great things to come for this album.

[Listen] MNDR - "Faster Horses"

It's been a while since we heard from MNDR, January to be specific. It was then that we heard her song "#1 in Heaven," the first single from her forthcoming debut LP Feed Me Diamonds. After that, we haven't heard much from her, but when recently speaking to Stereogum, Amanda Warner of MNDR spoke about her debut album, saying:

I wanted something that was like industrial pop. Peter and I talked about that right from the beginning. Something kind of dark. I’m also a DJ, so I know a lot of electronic music and the stuff I was always more into veered towards the more German, more minimal variety. I like Richie Hawtin and stuff like that. I was trying to keep those influences In mind while we were working through the songs."

Now, you can hear the result with the song "Faster Horses," a song that, as Warner wanted, blends industrial pop with a pounding electronic sound. Stream and download the song below.

Feed Me Diamonds is out on August 14th via Ultra.

[Listen] MNDR - "#1 in Heaven"

It's been a while since we had any new material from MNDR. From memory I can't remember much after the Business International participation but that's just me. Fear not (if at all) as new material from her has hit the internet via P4K and it sound pretty fresh. Titled  "#1 in Heaven" the electronic beat is complimented nicely by Amanda's vocal work. It's a delicate number that takes a slow turn half way through before a big crescendo of feel good electro. Try not to dance too hard to this one.

[News] Mark Ronson Releasing New Single, "Record Collection 2012" Feat. Pharrell Williams, MNDR, Wiley and Wretch 32

Mark Ronson will next month release a brand new track, and by that I mean a rework of one that featured on his collab filled album, Record Collection. The track is a rework of that albums title track and as oppose to the original which featured Wiley and Simon Le Bon. This version will feature Wiley still but in addition Pharrell Williams, MNDR, Wiley and Wretch 32 will grace the track. Impressive huh? We previously posted a radio rip of the track when it premiered on Zane Lowe back in February this year. Have a listen to the track below.

It's set to be released on September 5th and will come packed with some impressive remixes too. CSS, LOGO, Moonlight Matters, Plastic Plates, DATABASE and Perseus will all do the remix honours so look out for these starting to appear in the next 4 weeks.
