[Download] Klaxons - "Echoes" (Steve Aoki Remix)

Anotehr early week treat for you guys in the form of a Steve Aoki Remix of those UK boys, Klaxons. The last thing I remember of Klaxons is their free Landmarks Of Lunacy EP at Christmas and that eery, body orgy of a video for their track, "Twin Flames". "Echoes" originally appeared on the bands second album, Surfing The Void, which was long awaited after their highly recieved debut . Steve Aoki here has given it an almost 90's dance kind of feel mixed with some electro beats. It works well and I could easily hear it being played in clubs into the early hours. Check it out for yourselves below and see for yoruselves.

[Download] Klaxons - 'Landmarks Of Lunacy' EP

After we got the brand new Gorillaz iPad album earlier today Klaxons have also put up a new download for fans. It comes in the shape of an EP that was recorded back in 2008 and is a good listen on this fine Christmas day. Sporadic and mellow in places paired with some electro vibes and frantic guitar tones. If you head on over here you can download it in it's entirety.

Check out track, "Silver Forest" below and if you want you can stream the album too over on the bands Soundcloud page. You've got a lot of new material to listen to today. After this finishes I'll be popping on the new Gorillaz offering.

[Watch] Klaxons - "Twin Flames" (NSFW)

Check out the incredibly NSFW video for Klaxons next single "Twin Flames". It starts off quite tame with some weirdness involving morphing bodies and then BOOM there's a lot of nudity and even more weirdness. Check it out up top and don't say we didn't warn you! You can pick up "Twin Flames" now on iTunes. Thanks to CoS for the heads up on this visual goodness.

[Listen] Mark Ronson & The Business INTL. - "Sound of Plastic" (Features listed below)

It's hard to escape Mark Ronson these days, but when he's not working on everyone elses album's he's busy creating his own works of brilliance. Much like any good producer he's got a lot of friends in all the right places and his latest effort under the moniker of Mark Ronson & The Business INTL. is packed full of collaborations. The track we have for you here is called "Sound of Plastic" and is no exception to the rule featuring Nick Rhodes of none other than Duran Duran, Rose Elinor Dougall, Spank Rock (Who features on several tracks on the album including the last single "The Bike Song"), Jamie Reynolds of Klaxons fame and Anthony Rossomando who plays for Klaxons Live and has also featured in the lineup of The Libertines and Dirty Pretty Things. So you could say this tracks has the potential to be outstanding before you've even hit play.

The track in hand, "Sound of Plastic" was given as a bonus track on iTunes along with a load of other extra material. It was also released last month as a very limited print vinyl to celebrate of the albums release as well as this Mark Ronson was taking over numerous record stores across the UK to accompany the albums release! Check out the track below and don't forget to head out and pick up the album.
