[Watch] Jimmy Eat World - "I Will Steal You Back" Live on Kimmel
We've not really mentioned Jimmy Eat World too much here on SKOA in recent months (years). We posted up their RSD release back in April, but yesterday they released their seventh studio record, Damage, which was produced by the extremely talented Alain Johannes. So to help promote that they paid a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live to perform the track "I Will Steal You Back" which I've heard quite a bit in the UK in recent months via numerous Radio Stations. Check them out after the jump via The Audio Perv.
Damage is out now.
[Watch] Phoenix Perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Since they were already in the California neighborhood with headlining sets at Coachella, Phoenix headed over to Hollywood to perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Supporting their new album Bankrupt!, the French outfit performed lead single "Entertainment" along with "Trying To Be Cool," "Drakka Noir" and "Chloroform." Check out their performance below.
Phoenix's fifth album Bankrupt! hits stores on April 23rd, and with an extensive festival circuit planned there are plenty of chances to catch the band live. Check out their full schedule after the jump.
[Watch] Kendrick Lamar Visits Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Kendrick Lamar returned to the late night TV circuit once more last night. This time he was visiting the outdoor stage of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and with him he brought along two, to be expected, stellar performances. Taking highlights "Poetic Justice" and a slightly more child friendly version of "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" from his still amazing album, good kid, m.A.A.d city, and he rocked the stage as well as ever. Check out the former at the top with the latter being available after the jump.
[Watch] Prince Visits Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Last night the man with the magic fingers, the artist that really doesn't need any introduction, a man who's had a few name changes over the years, Prince, made a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! Performing on the outdoor stage wearing a glittery gold Hendrix-esque outfit the performance was down right great. I have a huge respect for this guy and his musical ability. Even if you're not a fan of his music you can't deny the talent.
He performed "Rock and Roll Love Affair" along with "The Dance Electric" and you can relive the magic right here courtesy of The Audio Perv. You know th drill. The latter is after the jump with "Rock and Roll Love Affair" being up at the top.
