[Watch] Fiona Apple Visits Jimmy Fallon

Fiona Apple's new album The Idler Wheel… is a delight to listen to and has been gaining praise from just about everywhere. Last night she no-doubt gained some new fans with a visit to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon who with she had a nice little chat in which she touches the subject of her on-stage meltdown back in 2004. After that though she performs "Anything We Want" and as an added bonus, a web exclusive performance of Paul McCartney & The Wings' "Let Me Roll With It" with the help of The Roots. Well, it was his 70th Birthday yesterday after all. The interview can be viewed at the top with the performances available after the jump courtesy of The Audio Perv.

[Listen] Fiona Apple - "Every Single Night"

Fiona Apple has released her first track in seven years and shoot me down if you don't think it was worth the wait 'cos it's damn good. Titled "Every Single Night" it can be streamed in all of its glory below. It was debuted at SXSW but it's oh so sweet to have the studio version to wrap our ears around. We won't add any more time to the wait hit play below.

[Listen] Check Out Cee-Lo, She & Him and Fiona Apple w/Jon Brion's Contributive Covers From 'Rave On: Buddy Holly'

We have had previews of the Rave On: Buddy Holly album from Julian Casablancas, Modest Mouse and The Black Keys and today you can enjoy three more contributions to the album. We have tracks from Fiona Apple with Jon Brion who cover Buddy's 1957 track "Everyday" and Zooey Deschanel & M. Ward aka She & Him covering "Oh Boy". As well as that there's a Cee Lo Green cover of “(You’re So Square) Baby I Don’t Care” which was originally recorded by Elvis Presley in 1957 for his Jailhouse Rock EP. Buddy Holly actually released his version on his self-titled album the following year. You can hear all 3 in their respective players below.

Rave on Buddy Holly is due out June 28th via Fantasy Records/Concord Music Group.
