[News] Bloc Party Add More U.S. Tour Dates

This weekend, Bloc Party will be wrapping up their current North American headlining tour, after which they will head across the pond for a series of European and UK performances. In December, however, the London outfit will be back on U.S. soil for five shows in six days with Dum Dum Girls opening. Starting on December 6th in Oakland, the indie rockers will stop by Los Angeles, Santa Ana, CA, Tempe, AZ, and Dallas before heading south for two shows in Mexico. Bloc Party's fourth studio LP Four is out now via Frenchkiss Records.

It's been a while since we got some new music from the Dum Dum Girls, it was actually back in 2011 with their album Only In Dreams. That changes today though as the good folk at Stereogum we get to listen to and marinate in their new EP, End of Daze, which is set for release on the 25th of September via Sub Pop.

Dum Dum Girls released their sophomore album, Only in Dreams, last year and it was warmly received. Today the girls have announced a brand new five-track EP titled End of Daze. Originally the project was meant to be a collection of b-sides, but apparently the tracks took on the shape of "another beast entirely". 

End of Daze will be released on September 25th via Sub Pop. Peep the tracklisting below.

The former Dum Dum Girls'/Vivian Girls' member Frankie Rose has let loose her new single titled "Know Me". Readying the release of a 7" on Slumberland, Frankie Rose it'll come with a remix by Le Chev. [Watch] Dum Dum Girls - "Bedroom Eyes" Live on Fallon

Last night, Dum Dum Girls hit up Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to perform "Bedroom Eyes" from their LP Only in Dreams. Dressed all in black, obviously, and sporting a veil as well they definitely left an impression on the viewers, one they won't forget too soon. Yesterday we got to see the visually pleasing and easy on the eye video for Dum Dum Girls track "Bedroom Eyes" and today you can preview their entire album, Only In Dreams. It's their sophomore effort and shows some growth since their last release in '10 with I Will Be.
