[News] Com Truise Announces Fall Tour

New Jersey circuitboard aficionado Seth Haley (aka Com Truise) recently released his new album In Decay, and to support the release he has announced a slew of tour dates for later this fall. Starting on October 10th in San Francisco, Haley will hit up major cities across North America, ending with a show on November 4th in Santa Ana, CA. Bonde do Rolê and Los Angeles duo Poolside will serve as support for the tour. Check out Haley's full itinerary after the jump.

[Watch] Com Truise - "Yxes" (Official Video)

Com Truise released his new album In Decay today, a compilation comprising of rarities, studio outtakes, and unreleased tracks. Right in the middle of the compilation is the song "Yxes", a sprawling array of bleeps and bloops that uses the always appropriate vocal sample of someone saying "SEXY!". Coinciding with the release, the New Jersey synth-master has given us the official video for the song, which features footage of what could easily be a sci-fi horror movie from the '80s. We've already heard "Open", the aptly titled opening track from Com Truise's new compilation In Decay, which comprises of unreleased tracks, rarities, studio outtakes, and early recordings. Now, courtesy of Stereogum, the whole album is available to stream before it is officially released tomorrow. [Listen] Com Truise - "Open"

After the success of his debut LP Galactic Melt, New Jersey sythfunk aficionado Com Truise and his label Ghostly International decided to compile all of his unreleased, early recordings into an album titled In Decay. Below, you can listen to a promo track from the forthcoming release, the appropriately titled "Open." Despite being an early recording, it sounds very similar to the styles and techniques Truise was dabbling with on his studio debut. It's definitely worth the listen.

In Decay is out on July 17th via Ghostly International.

In his new video for Galactic Melt album opener "Terminal," Com Truise shows off his skills as a coder, with the video starting with an aptly used Windows command prompt terminal. Check out the Mykola Dosenko-directed clip above. Galactic Melt is out now via Ghostly International.

Offered up here s the Will Joines directed video fro Com Truise's futuristic looking video for "Brokendate" which featured on the glitch filled album, Galactic Meltdown. With music that sounds like it could be the offspring of an xbox circuit-board and a Gameboy the video is in the same vein offering up Tron like qualities as Stereogum puts it, a "Tron sex scene".

I'm tired just looking at all those dates!

[Listen] Com Truise - 'Galactic Melt' (Full Album Stream)

Check out the new release from Com Truise titled Galactic Melt which is a collection of well organised noise and electrical glitches, quite frankly it's a nice funky laid back listen that I can't quite put into words. When I exlaimed my liking of the new album on twitter last week I gained a remark back from the man himself saying he'd known I'd liked Com Truise all along. Weird.
