[Listen] Pearl Jam - "Chinese" (Demo)

The celebrations for 20 years of Pearl Jam may be simmering down now in most households but Cameron Crowe offered up fans another treat recently on Pearl Jam’s Sirius/XM radio station. He played a previously unreleased early demo of a track titled "Chinese". The track is rough and from the early 90's but for die hard fans and new comers to the Pearl Jam party it's some good time listening. Give it a spin below via CoS.

We've already got to hear "Gathering Stories" from Sigur Rós man Jónsi which was actually co-written by Cameron Crowe. That is set to his latest film We Bought A Zoo which is penned for release on December the 13th via Columbia. Today, Disco Naiveté points to another track from the soundtrack, this one's titled "Ævin Endar" and can be enjoyed below.

Cameron Crowe tapped up Sigur Rós man Jónsi to help pen the soundtrack to his latest film We Bought A Zoo. The soundtrack features 2 new pieces of music along with new arrangements of tracks from Jónsi’s album Go as well as the Sigur Rós track "Hoppipolla". The soundtrack itself isn't due out until December the 13th via Columbia but right now NPR are streaming one of the new compositions titled "Gathering Stories" which was co-written by Cameron Crowe himself. It features an orchestral vibe that's sure to raise the hairs on the back of your neck by the time the closing seconds roll by. Give it a listen over on NPR.
