[Watch] CANT - "Too Late, Too Far" (Official Video)

Our friends at Disco Naiveté point us towards the new official visual from CANT, the project of Grizzly Bear's Chris Taylor. Just last month we got to see his effort for "Believe" but today comes the spell binding like video that uses overlapping blended images to create an enjoyable watch for "Too Late, Too Far". Give your eyes a treat at the top.

To further promote his debut solo album Dreams Come True, CANT (Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear fame) released the visuals for the track "Believe," courtesy of NPR. The video, which was directed by Jamie Harley, features some slightly unnerving, grainy footage of peoples reactions to UFOs. This is what Harley had to say about "I've always been fascinated by this kind of footage. Even if you know that what you see is an obvious fake or just an out-of-focus weather balloon, there's always a poetic quality to these kind of images."

Dreams Come True was released on September 12th via Taylor's own Terrible Records.

After releasing his solo full length album under his name of CANT, Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor has now offered up a song from the studio floor for fans. Recorded during the albums sessions it was left off the final track-listing. Big drum beats and the help of Twin Shadow’s George Lewis, Jr. it's available for streaming below.

[Listen] CANT - "Believe"

From his upcoming debut solo album Dreams Come True I bring you "Believe" by CANT aka Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear. The album is set for release on September 12th via Warp (UK) and Terrible Records (US).

"Believe" is incredibly smooth wih an underlying little tidbit of sexy dabbled in. It's like three parts unwinding music with one part makeout jam. It pairs well with "Answer", which will also be on the album.

The Grizzly Bear vocalist and producer Chris Taylor is going down the solo route and today you can listen to the first taste of what's to come from him. The track offered up here is titled "Answer" and will feature on the album he's currently working on, Dreams Come True. Chris says he had a helping hand from George Lewis Jr. of Twin Shadow on some of the instrumentation on the album. Dreams Come True will be released September 12 via Terrible Records/Warp Records in the UK/EU and on the and 13th through Terrible Records in North America.
