[Watch] 2 Chainz feat. Kanye West - "Birthday Song" (Official Video)

2 Chainz debut album Based On A T.R.U. Story was a bit underwhelming, but one of the highlights was lead single "Birthday Song", a cut that featured Kanye West. The song now has a visual companion, and it's always a nice treat to see Kanye riding a bright yellow bike with a stripper cake in tow. Watch the replay above.

Thanks to Kanye West, former Playaz Circle member 2 Chainz has gone from underground ATL rapper to G.O.O.D. Music staple, and now the former is even guest spotting for the latter. 2 Chainz is set to drop his debut LP Based On A T.R.U. Story on August 14th, and "Birthday Song" is the first of three promotional singles for the album. With Ye dropping a verse, even providing production duties with help from Sonny Digital, this is a good sign of what is to come from 2 Chainz's debut release.

The next promotional singles will be released on July 31st and August 7th.

The 2012 BET Awards were held over the weekend and the entertainment included performance from Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music crew. Ye, 2 Chainz, Big Sean and Pusha T performed "Mercy". The show also marked the debut of Yeezy's new single "New God Flow". The evening also marked the TV return of D'Angelo and Usher performed "Climax". Check out all of the footage up at the top.

Music compilation, Kanye's camp has let loose the visual accompaniment for "Mercy", the Pusha T, Big Sean and 2 Chainz featuring track we first got to listen to not that long ago. [Listen] Curren$y - "Capitol" Feat. 2 Chainz

Curren$y's work ethic is insane. He's preparing his new project, The Stoned Immaculate, for release later this year but has taken to Soundcloud and offered fans a preview of a track titled "Capitol". It features 2 Chainz and a finger grooving bass line that's smooth as silk. Add in some flute or mayby "Yazz Flute" if you're a fan of Ron Bergundy it makes for extremely laid back listening.
