GQ UK is reporting that Jack White and Jay-Z have been working together on a song!! We know it was reported back in last September that Jay-Z was plotting to make a more experimental album post Blueprint 3 and that Jack White was possibly going to be involved, but we didn't take that seriously! We love being wrong when it comes to these kind of crazy-enough-to-work-collaborations.

Anywho, In regards to the finished song, Jack White told GQ UK : "It was incredible. I played him something that I've been kicking around for a while and he immediately came out with words for it. It's unbelievable-sounding." 

Kinda vague, but we don't care!!!

In celebration of such news, we decided it was time to make this masterpiece by Adrian Champion resurface. Stars & Stripes: The White Stripes ReImagined is probably one of the best mashup albums I have heard in a long time. Doesn't hurt any that the backbone of the mashup features stylings of Jack White (*swoooooon!*). Champion has even offered the instrumentals along with the mashups themselves.
