[Listen] Vampire Weekend's ROSTAM - "Don't Let It Get To You"

Rostam Batmanglij, the keyboardist, producer and multi-instrumentalist for indie rock band Vampire Weekend, has done his fair share of side projects, including electronic duo Discovery, which he formed with Ra Ra Riot's lead singer Wesley Miles. Just over a month ago, the musician released his first solo track, titled "Wood," under the producer moniker of ROSTAM, and even produced the song "The Trick" on Das Racist's debut studio album Relax. Today, the producer dropped another solo track, this time in the form of the song "Don't Let It Get To You." It seems there's a trend forming here, with a solo track being released every month or so. Here's hoping the producer compiles all of his work into a debut solo LP. You can listen to the song in the player below.

Vampire Weekend man Rostam Batmanglij is at it again and has created a new track titled "Wood" which wears it's eastern influence firmly on the sleeve of ones shirt. Boasting drum beats and a vast array of layerd instrumentation it will have you dancing around your office in no time. The vocals add a nice delicate touch too and via Prefix you can enjoy it at the bottom of the page.
