If you hear the names Action Bronson and Party Supplies, you'll likely remember their collaborative mixtape Blue Chips, which was released last March. Simply put, the mixtape was fucking fantastic, and the rapper/producer combination have once again teamed up for a track titled "It's Me". The cut feels like it could comfortably join the ranks of Blue Chips, a familiarity that feels right at home. Stream the track below.

According to MTV Hive, "Party Supplies confirmed that the song will be on Blue Chips 2. Talking about the mood of the project, he added, ‘The album has that Blue Chips one vibe, but it’s a lot crazier with the musical style.’ Blue Chips 2 has yet to receive a release date, but Party Supplies did add that he and Bronson have been embracing a creative recording process that involves “smoking a lot of what looks like Nickelodeon slime."

"Steve Wynn," the latest single off of Action Bronson and Partie Supplies' collaborative mixtape Blue Chips (which was released last March), is getting the visual treatment, but not in the way you might have expected. With all the recent memes and news stories revolving around the use of bath salts and the resulting zombie-like results, Bronson and Party Supplies have decided to poke fun. A collaboration of fun and frolics can be downloaded today. As Complex points out, this project started with some hang time in Brooklyn at the Fool's Gold producers home before the pair started to enjoy it so much that the result was 16 tracks with all original production and raps. You can tell they enjoyed making it and if you jump over here you can download the entire thing to play over and over again. Action Bronson didn't want to miss out on the January hype and has released a new track entitled "Contemporary Man". Produced by Party Supplies the track starts off with a weird jungle book vibe and what sounds like a little too much smoke before the funky beat drops and the track progresses from there. It's like a snapshot of the 80's/90's with samples from a range of classic artists not to mention a snippet of Charlie Sheen talking about rocks. Action lays down smooth bars over the top no matter what sample is thrown at him. Be on the lookout for their collaborative album Blue Chips in the very near future. (Via Hypetrak)
