[Watch] Metallica & Lou Reed Visit Jools Holland Part. 2
I know, I know, you're probably sick of this collaboration already! Or, maybe you're one of the few people who really dig it and are sticking by these guys for seeing it through. I personally just cannot get my head around it and whilst sitting in on a Friday evening to watch the full broadcast of Later... with Jools Holland on which I'd forgotten Loutallica would be performing another track. They brought along a performance of "The View" as well as Lou and Lars having a sit down with Jools to have a quick chat about the project amongst other things. "The View" is at the top and the chat can be viewed after the jump. Honest opinions here, love it or hate it?
If you missed the earlier performances on Jools Holland they can be seen over here.

[Watch] Metallica & Lou Reed Visit Jools Holland
If you're ears can stand it, last night Metallica and Lou Reed visited Later... with Jools Holland to put in their first live performance since the release of Lulu. Some fans are staying loyal and loving the aforementioned album, I however am not one of those people. At the top you can see Loutallica perform album track "Iced Honey" and then as an added bonus (if you see it that way), after the jump you can see them do a cover of The Velvet Underground's "White Light/White Heat".

At the gig he paid tribute to Amy Winehouse as we've seen quite a few artists do since her tragic passing last month. He started by playing his track "Ecstasy" before going into an improv of Amy's huge hit, "Rehab". Check it out at the top.
[Watch] Gorillaz Perform At Glastonbury 2010 With Snoop Dogg, Lou Reed, De La Soul, Bobby Womack And More
The first night of Glastonbury's headliners were Damon Albarn’s virtual band Gorillaz who were replacing U2 this year due to singer Bono suffering a back injury and having to go through surgery last month, which cause their cancellation.
The All-Star cast featured The Clash's guitarist and bassist Mick Jones and Paul Simonon, with guest appearances from De La Soul, Bobby Womack, The Fall’s Mark E Smith, Bootie Brown of The Pharcyde, Bashy and Kano, Lou Reed, Shaun Ryder, Little Dragon's Yukimi Nagano and Big Snoop Dogg who fans believed to be a no show since he did not physically guest on the song "Welcome To The World Of The Plastic Beach."
However, Snoop is not known for one to disappoint and appeared during the last song of the night, performing the rap on "Clint Eastwood" with the lyrics his hit ’Drop It Like It’s Hot’ over the song. Best moment of the show was the performance of "Fire Coming Out Of A Monkey's Head" which paid tribute to the late great Dennis Hopper. Check out the full performance of the show above.
