[Download] Real Estate Return With New Album 'Days', Offer First Single "It’s Real"

I knew something big was coming up according to Ducktails' tweet Sunday night but I wasn't expecting this, okay well... I kinda was. New Jersey’s Real Estate return with their 9-track sophomore album titled Days set to release this Fall, October 17th on Domino Records. The album was recorded earlier this year in Upstate New York with Kevin McMahon (The Walkmen, Titus Andronicus) and is the follow up to 2009’s  self titled debut.

To celebrate this announcement, the band is offering the first single "It’s Real" digitally for free in exchange of an email address. The single will be released on 7" a week prior to the album's release, October 10th and come backed with the B-side "Blue Lebaron".
