[Listen] Charli XCX - "You (Ha Ha Ha)"

Charli XCX is keeping her grind strong with another new track just a month after she released her Super Ultra Mixtape. Titled "You (Ha Ha Ha)" it's a catchy pop number from the young Brit and one to brighten up the dull midweek grind just 6 days from Xmas. Of the song Charli herself said:

Part of the record is super mystical and sparkling, part of it sounds like the internet spewing in your headphones and part of it is like melancholic angels. It’s an angel-pop record. Everything on the album is a pop song, but just twisted in my own magic way.

See what you make of her own magic twist below via Noisey.

[Watch] Charli XCX - "So Far Away"

Charli XCX's 2012 has been eventful, to say the least, with singles, mixtapes, EPs, and all kinds of goodies putting her directly in the view of bloggers and music fans alike. The good times continue with her new (rough) video for her Heartbreaks And Earthquakes mixtape track "So Far Away", which was animated by Ryan Andrews. The green-screen heavy animated visuals employ a heavy dose of psychedelic colors and tinkering, with shots of Charli juxtaposed with clips from old Disney animated films. Watch the replay above.

[News] Damon Albarn, Amadou & Mariam, Charli XCX, and More to Tour by Train as Africa Express

As Damon Albarn nears the 2012 London Summer Olympics, where he and the rest of Blur will perform at the closing ceremony, he's already planned what he will do afterwards. One month after the closing ceremony performance, Albarn will be joined by numerous artists to form the Africa Express collective, who will tour around the UK by train (it seems everyone is doing this nowadays). According to Pitchfork, Africa Express comprises of Albarn, Amadou & Miriam, Charli XCX, Jack Steadman of Bombay Bicycle Club, Kano, Baloji, and more. The collective has six scheduled stops throughout their UK rail tour, but they will have "pop-up performances at railway stations, schools, factories, offices, shopping centers, and homes" and will even be writing new material together along the way.

Check out all of the scheduled stops of the Africa Express tour after the jump.

[Watch] Charli XCX - "You're The One" (Official Video)

Charli XCX's new video for "You're The One" perfectly captures the dichotomy of the song, where it evokes a dark, brooding tone throughout the majority of the song, but when the chorus hits it becomes much more hopeful and upbeat. What stands out even more, though, is the troupe of girls that Charli has with her. Donning gothic outfits and red headlamps, these girls are nothing short of eery. Check out the clip above.

[News] Charli XCX Announces 'You're The One' EP

After announcing that she was going to release an EP a few months back, rising London musician Charli XCX unleashed a flood of aniticipation for what could only be a fantastic debut. Unfortunately, though, the details of the release may be a bit disappointing. The debut EP from the unique pop singer, now confirmed to be titled You're The One, will only include one brand new song, titled "You're The One," meaning it is more or less a single. Either way, the EP will include the titular track along with previously heard track "Nuclear Seasons," which you can stream below, as well as remixes of both tracks. The EP is set to drop on June 12th via IAMSOUND. After the jump, you can take a look at the tracklisting for the album.

As well, after the jump, you can watch Charli XCX's session with Invisible Children during this year's South by Southwest, where you will also find the musician's full tour itinerary.
