[Listen] Sébastien Tellier & Caroline Polachek - "Side By Side"

A new promotion for Air France has Caroline Polachek of Chairlift and French electropop king Sébastien Tellier collaborating on a track called "Side By Side." The accompanying video for the song is also worth checking out, as it gives you the option toggle back and forth between the image of either Polachek or Tellier, focusing on one side of the song or the other. The release of the song is also aided by a contest with Air France to fly one lucky winner to Paris to see Tellier live. Head over to the Air France Facebook page to check it out.

[Watch] Chairlift - "Met Before" (Interactive Video)

Brooklyn electro-pop duo Chairlift have offered up a rather unique video for their song "Met Before," giving viewers the opportunity to "choose their own adventure." Portraying PhD physics students, Caroline Polachek and Patrick Wimberly are involved in a lecture discussing the multiverse theory, after which you will choose how their story unfolds. At various points throughout the video, the viewer is left to choose between two arrows, both of which lead to alternate events, some of which are good and others bad. Check out the interactive video above and see how many alternate routes and endings you can experience (via Stereogum).

[Watch] Chairlift x Kool A.D. - "Party" (Beyoncé Cover)

Chairlift and Das Racist‘s Kool A.D recently hooked up when is Oz on Triple J's Like A Version Series and whilst there they put in an unusual cover, as to be expected with the series! They put in a nice sounding version of Queen B's André 3000 featuring track "Party" which featured on her latest LP, 4. Check out the Beyoncé cover at the top via Listen Before You Buy.

[Watch] Chairlift - "Amanaemonesia" (Video)

Give it up for Chairlift for being able to make me think I was temporarily in one of those hole in the wall karaoke bars in Koreatown! Wow. The above video for "Amanaemonesia" is delightfully awkward that still manages to maintain a level of beauty enough that I won't call it "weird". Props to Caroline Polachek for not only co-directing the video with Todd Hines but for choreographing her own dance moves for it as well.

"Amanaemonesia" is off their recently released 7" out on Terrible Records. Make sure you grab it if you haven't already.
