Earlier this week, Smashing Pumpkins debuted a new track from their 44-track opus Teargarden By Kaleidyscope titled "Owata." The track debuted on LA Weekly's West Coast Sound Monday and was made available to download for free on Smashingpumkins.com the next day. You can check out the song in full via the player below and click here to head to the SP website to download it.
This track marks the 12th (10th made available to download for free) song from the TBK series and with more on the way, including the upcoming "album within an album" Oceania which frontman Billy Corgan announced on the band's Facebook fanpage at the end of April, you can bet that Corgan and the gang aren't going away any time soon.

Earlier in the week you got to hear the full stream of Billy Corgan's latest EP Teargarden by Kaleidyscope Vol. 2 – The Solstice Bare by The Smashing Pumpkins. The lone Smashing Pumpkin, Billy Corgan, has been touring around France lately promoting and doing book signings for his book Chants magnétiques. A couple nights ago, Billy performed a nice intimate session for the fans at one of his book signings and performed a brand new unreleased Smashing Pumpkins tune for the first time titled "Jesus Needs A Hit." But thats not all Pumpkin fans! Aol Radio recently premiered a new track from Corgan off the upcoming Vampire Diaries Soundtrack titled "The Fellowship." We've had this track for about a week or so and really wanted to give it to you early but you know how things work sometimes. The song is also set to appear on the next Teargarden by Kaleidyscope EP: 'The Solstice Bare, which releases on Nov. 23rd, and features recently released songs "Freak" and "Spangled."
