[Listen] Elliott Smith - "Misery Let me Down"

There seems to be a pattern emerging in recent months with hidden gems being found by radio stations the world over in regards to some of the worlds finest talent. Earlier in the month we got to hear an early Nirvana gig and a few months back we got the 'lost' Daft Punk track "Drive". Today comes "Misery Let Me Down" from the late Elliott Smith. TwentyFourBit reports that college radio station WMUC found a live session that was dead to the world for over a decade. Dating back to the middle of 1997 it was recorded as a little warm up from Elliott prior to his set which would explain why it suddenly cuts off at the end. Even so, a nice track from a man who's legend lives on.
